Yes — you choose the price per active user and minimum order for each plan, as long as they're above your wholesale floor. Stripe Tax can be switched on too.

They fill in a short product activation form and accept the EULA, and their organisation is created under yours with its first administrator. Buyers who haven't activated get a reminder after three days.
