SCORM courses built from the content you already have
Build courses from a library of reusable units. Bring your existing SCORM 1.2 and SCORM 2004 packages, add PDFs and web packages, or write pages in the built-in editor.

Upload zipped SCORM packages up to 100 MB. Progress, scores and completion are tracked automatically, and SCORM content is delivered privately.

Reusable units and versions
Use one unit in several courses. Upload a new version and choose whether people part-way through restart or finish on the old one.

Categories and catalogue
Organise courses into three levels of categories. Learners search, filter and preview courses before they enrol.
Drafts, archiving and preview
Work on drafts, preview any unit as a learner sees it, and archive courses without losing anyone's records.
Tests that check understanding
Add a final test to any course. Choose how it's scored, how it's presented and how much help people get along the way.
Four question types
Multiple choice (one or many answers), true/false, ordering and fill in the word, with difficulty weighting.
Pass marks and retakes
Set a pass mark, how many retakes are allowed and a time limit. Make passing the test the condition for completing the course.
Coaching, not just marking
Let people check answers as they go, review what they got wrong without revealing the answers, and re-sit only the questions they missed.
Fair conditions
Shuffle questions, show one at a time, stop people going back, add a test password, and submit the test if someone leaves the page.
Certificates and compliance without the chasing
Timers and certificates work together so recurring training stays current, and every completion stands up to an audit.
Deadlines and reminders
Give people a set number of days to finish, with a warning email before the deadline.
Validity and recertification
Completions can be valid for a set number of months. People are warned before they lapse and re-enrolled automatically.
Your certificate designs
Start from a built-in template or upload an A4 background, and add the issuer, signatory, validity date, time spent and serial number.
Public verification
Anyone can check a certificate's serial number on its public verification page, which you can switch off if you prefer.
Records that don't change
Completions are final and issued certificates never change. Earlier records are kept when people recertify.
Honest time tracking
Time in course only counts while the content is on screen, and pauses when the tab is hidden.

Email templates
Switch notification emails on or off, edit their wording with placeholders, preview them, choose who receives them — or pause them for up to 30 days while you set up.
Your own mail server
Send email through your own SMTP server so it comes from your domain. Acadenix tests the connection before saving it.

Nix answers 'how do I…?' so you don't have to
Nix is the help assistant behind the green sparkle on every screen. It answers from the Acadenix help centre and knows which plan you're on, so it can tell you when a feature needs an upgrade. It can't see your records, won't explain test answers, and only sends your question to support if you agree.
